Very good product. If you have a stand-alone CD recorder then this probably the item that you would want to buy. Don't confuse these with computer CD's where you record audio from your computer. I have the audio from my computer routed to my home stereo with a Pioneer CD recorder component. Not only does that give great sound from my desktop (the video is hooked into my bigscreen) I can record audio directly from websites 'on-the-fly'.

Maxell Music Recorable CD'sNov 07, 2009
If you record music at all and use anything else shame on you. I can save you the trouble as I have tried ALL other brands and none even come close. Now, I am sure that Maxell is owned by somebody else at this point but this product stands the test of time. They made great blank tapes and they make great blank CD's. Except no substitute.
If they only still made the 50 pack. Get them while you can.

Maxell hard to find but still the BEST CDR MusicJul 12, 2009
I have a stereo burner, and the Maxell Audio CDR's are by far the very best! Memorex, Sony, etc. work about 30% of the time! I end up throwing so many of them away!?!?? Wish the Maxell's were not so hard to find?!! For years, Maxell has made amazing audio products. I even remember Maxell being the "state of the art" cassette back when I was in high school!

Never seem to get many errors w Maxell and they are printable with the Casio Disc Title Printers.

The Maxell CD-R Music CDs work perfectly in my Sony CD recorder - which I use to record LP Records on to CDs. These are the most reliable CDs for the Sony Recorder.
