This Firewire card was easy to install (plug and play) and worked better then expected with Windows 7 with no compatibility issues. Picture quality from my Sony Hi 8 camcorder is excellent.3-PORT Firewire Pci Express Card

I needed a firewire card with a PCI express (1x) interface. It also needed to be compatible with the digital audio device I was connecting it to. The Belkin product fit the requirements and installed with absolutely no issues. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

Purchased for video editing transfer and file backups. The most difficult part of whole thing was the silly HP P-7 case. Works well with W7-64 bit.

I bought this card specifically to work with a Alesis IO26 audio interface. No problems. Instructions were not great, but sufficient.
