Works like it shouldOct 23, 2010
By Christiaan Grove I couldn't find any one elses' reviews for what I wanted to do with this splitter(or any other for that matter), so I thought I would share. I used this splitter to split a previous line going straight into a Brighthouse(cable) modem, and split into the cable line with another going into a TV Tuner card. It worked like a charm, and all my services work like they did before. This splitter is amazingly sturdy feeling(I think it's made of steel), and weighs about a pound, despite it's relatively small size).

Broadband splitter required for Digital TVDec 03, 2009
By Robert Ward The needs of internet connectivity and Digital TV signal strength has made all the old splitters obsolete. There are a variety of unpowered broadband splitters, but this one is the cheapest and it works flawlessly. I've split the signal going into my computer so that it also goes to my USB tuner. I've split signals between my DVD recorder with a QAM tuner and to a Broadcast-on-demand cable box. I've even used two splitters in series in order to get more connections. The signal loss was minimal and computer speed or tuner reception was not degraded. I wound up using five of these splitters throughout my house and each signal seemed as strong as an unsplit signal and every QAM channel was received.

Good price, great productDec 28, 2010
By Hugh Long - This splitter is the answer if you need to split the cable signal for both TV and Internet while maintaining great signal quality on both of them. - I tried another cheap brand which bought at dollar store, I had good TV signal but Internet was screwed.
It worksJan 04, 2012
By Ezra Casteel You don't usually ask much from a splitter except that it do what you want without a loss in performance. This product works as advertised and we have it splitting the cable from the wall so we can run a television and cable modem off of the same outlet. It works like a charm and we haven't had any problems.
