The edge bars welded onto the circular post holes are unevenly spaced - you can't get a single shelf to lay flat on a hard surface.
The bottom bars are bent or warped, which is crazy for a shelf - how hard is it to make a flat surface in 2011.
I can't believe Amazon would even sell this product. Now I have to waste my very limited time packaging this back up, creating a return, and taking it to UPS. Then I get to wait 2-3 weeks for Amazon to refund this piece of junk.
I'll probably take/post some pictures tomorrow to save people from this product.

Great size rack for small room or apartment. This is my second one of these. One on either side of the entertainment center is a perfect fit and lends itself to nice symmetry in the room. Small, tubular legs and wire shelves give more exposure to the DVDs, CDs, or Blue Ray Discs it holds.

I have a large CD collection, commenced at the dawn of the compact disc, and have bought and assembled many racks, both large and small, over the years. This one had to be one of the easiest to put together, while simultaneously, being one of the most flexible. It quite literally snaps together in a matter of minutes and shelf height is at the discretion of the assembler. What seems might be flimsy at first, is quite sturdy after construction, while the design is simple and accommodating. The wide, round feet are even adjustable, which works well for me in my very old house with uneven floors. When choosing this particular model, I saw the manufacturer makes more than one size. Having assembled, and now using this one, I am sure the others would be more of the same: excellent. Highly recommended.

I was looking for something to hold my Regular DVD's , Blue Rays,CD's and my PS3 games. Knowing that all these Covers are different in size, looking at pre-slotted racks was out of the question. This 4-tier rack along with sliding dividers , really solved my problem. It will hold ALL sizes, no problem. The shelves are adjustable as well. You do have to put it together and there are a few parts, but you will be pleased with the Item once its put together.
