I've been able to fix fine scratches off cds and dvds, but not always. The cleaning solution and cloth are quite good. Bear in mind that nothing will fix deep scratches, it doesn't matter how much it costs.

I got this because of my grandkids finger prints and some small scratches. So far it works great and when I need refills I will order them from the same vendor. Service was fast and you can't beat the price.

I have used this on six of DVD's that were skipping. and out of six only one stopped. I have also noted that it gets a little hard to wipe off when it dries the 15 minutes it suggests, and I have concerns of rubbing to hard and breaking the dvd.
