There is absolutely ZERO support for this device. The "manual" is a tiny one page (two sided)piece of paper that tells you the specifications and the other side is installation instructions. I've installed it with no conflicts, but nothing I incert into the adapter is recognized. I can't get any troubleshooting support anywhere. Not cables unlimited or any other source.
