3Does the Job, but Not PerfectlyDec 04, 2009
By James Ryan
I have this thing in use right now, and it works fine electrically. I have all 12 ports in use with no problems. My only complaints are mechanical. The white plastic tabs which hold the back to the front don't do a good job. If there's any pressure at all from the inside (and there will be with 12 Cat 6 cables packed in) the tabs pop off. A place to put a zip tie would have improved the situation, or maybe just stronger arms for the tabs.

I'm an experienced network user, but a novice installer. Some suggestions on which ports to wire first and how to fit the cables inside the panel would have been nice.
