OK~ish sound with distinctive designNov 03, 2008

By chance I came across those stylish set of ultra mobile headphones.
For the weight of a portion of ketchup you get some usable in-ear phones that dont drop out at each curve ;-)
In addition the clever design allows for adjustment of small and big ears.
So first of all Kudos for the overall design !!
I found the noice cancellation very acceptable, which is down to the fact that they sit right in your ears.
Unfortunately sound leakage might not make you many new friends, so mind that when using them in the public.
The overall sound balance is similar to my ATH-AD900.
Trebles and mids are slightly emphasized with the bass staying politely in the background.
If you can accept the bass in the background, great f.e for analog music then this headphone is enjoyable.
If you like Bass or dramatic music this might not be your best choice.
For Amazons pricetag there is very much competition out there.
Even for $70 of the cheapest reseller you might still want to compare.

- Sound is OK~ish.
