This Cool-Copy unit works great ! Although the instructions with it are minimal, after some on-line research, I found out the this unit does not work well with Memorex brand DVDs. it would only partially burn or not at all. After I switched to the Verbatim brand, It works perfectly ! Also, my unit did NOT come with " Lightscribe" capabilities as described by ad. This no longer matters to me since the cost of buying blank Lightscribe dvds is so high. I'll just continue to use stick-on labels. But the unit does what I want it do--copy dvds I that I had previously recorded from my DVR onto my existing DVD recorder. I bought this for under $50.00--what a deal !
Use only Verbatim, Sony, TDK or JVC bland DVDs to record on and copy on. Avoid Memorex brand or it just won't work.

It is a great duplicator and works excellent.I own many duplicators and this one works excellent and is is to read display on top makes it easy to set for whatever you are copying. I would recommend this item to anyone who wants to make excellent back-up copies.
