Would Purchase AgainJun 20, 2010
By R. Liburd My daughter seems to enjoy playing this game. 3rd grade math was a big challenge for her and this tool make practicing math concepts easy. Some levels needed adult help, but overall it was ok.

Loved this gameOct 06, 2010
By B. Klauber I loved this game when I was a kid. I played it so much that the disc was ruined, and now I'm considering buying a new one even though I'm 20 and a college math major :)

Great stuff!Jul 02, 2011
By Livy This is the best of the jump start series. It is very creative and fun to play, even for parents. Enjoy!

Takes a lot of time to get anything out of thisDec 12, 2010

I got this for my 3rd grader to help him with his math facts, but the fact is, it takes forever to get into any activity of worth. The program talks and talks without letting you go to the activity you want until it's finished talking. I had to use the computer once while my child was using this, and it took a good 5 minutes to just exit the system. I've had other jumpstart programs that I've been pleased with, but this seems like a waste of time.

Polly Has a Potty MouthJan 25, 2011
By Cookie Maker I have bought several Jumpstart games in my 18 years of being a parent. And overall, I would say the games reinforce educational concepts in a very fun way. However, I was listening to my daughter play the third grade game the other day and I was shocked at the language Polly was using. Every sentence she speaks is sarcastic and negative in tone. I know kids learn by what they hear, and the experiences they have. This game is going in the trash. I would not want my kids talking like Polly to anyone!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!
