I would not do business again with this seller. I purchased this battery from this seller after I saw several good reviews. I was willing to pay more money for the battery knowing that it would work with my phone (e.g. this was not the cheapest option, in fact, it was one of the more expensive options available).
I purchased this battery as it was advertised to work with my VX8300 phone. However, after receiving the product (which was not sent with an invoice), I put the battery in my phone and the phone immediately indicated that the battery was not compatible with the phone and to remove it immediately.
When I tried to contact the seller to exchange it with a battery that is compatible or return it for a refund, I did not receive a reply at all. Totally unprofessional and the product is not as advertised. Buyer beware.

Battery charged quickly and lasts a long time, over a week between charges. Let it completely discharge before charging the first 2 or 3 times. Excellent product and fast shipping. Arrived before scheduled dates.

Then buy this one. I purchased this genuine LG replacement battery for my LG 225 after trying a different Amazon Vendor that sent generic batteries that were not genuine. This battery has performed as advertised and does work in the "LG 225" Model. Saved a good bit of money and am very pleased with the battery and the Vendor. Thanks!

I have answered this request previously, but apparently it didn't reach the right areas. I am so positive about the product and the seller that I wanted to send my information again!! Product is excellent; seller is excellent; the product arrived ahead of schedule, new, packaged and protected well...is in my phone and my phone is responding!!! Hurrah! I am happy; Thank you sooo much! Excellent service and product!!

Got the battery very quickly. Arrived with no charge, which I assume is normal. I charged it fully and 24 hours later with minimal talk I am down to half the charge left. I will do as others have said and let it completely run out before re-charging it again and see if it holds longer. (Although I received no instructions whatsoever with the battery, so if one is supposed to do this, perhaps they should include instructions!) For now, my battery is performing worse than the old one I was replacing! If that changes, I will update my review.
Update 1/2/12 Nearly a month after my initial order, I finally received a replacement battery for the nearly dead one I received the first time. I will say their customer service was very willing to send a new battery. Although the first replacement they sent never arrived and I had to contact them again. What a pain! Anyway, I compared it to the first one I got and noted that the first one was made in Korea and the second in Japan. I don't understand why their are no dates on these batteries. It's impossible to tell if you are getting a fresh or even unexpired battery.
Update SAME DAY - Fully charged replacement battery they sent me did not even last the day. I want a refund and have to assume they are shipping old or previously-used batteries.
Update 2/7 - Damn this company is bombarding me with "was our service satisfactory" emails. They seem to be coming from different places that don't already know that I have told them multiple times in detail that my experience was not satisfactory!
