They never work! I've made the mistake of asking for a replacement rather than a refund. The replacement never works either!

The battery does not hold a charge for as long as the original battery that came with my phone. I used to only have to charge my phone every other day, but now I have to charge it at least daily. Still good for the price though!

The battery that they sent me was not for the lg9700 it was the wrong battery.
