Purchased this for my new 32" flat panel LCD. Product came with extra adaptor plates, but did not need them. Also came with huge selection of mounting hardware. Had every type of screw to fit the back of your TV. Wall Screws were included as well as a stud finder and the mount had a built in level. The level is not great so use your own or just eye ball it. Very easy to install. Screw bracket into stud. Bolt other half to back of TV then just slide it on to bolted mount on wall. Unit extends 4", pans and tilts so you can get the best angle. As TV's are getting lighter these mounts will hold larger units so check the weight of your TV first. Very happy. This came with everything I needed and a lot more.

I used this for a 37" LCD. Installing the wall portion fairly simple and attaching the arms to the TV was a breeze. You will need to people to put it on the wall however as it is difficult to get the pieces to match up when you can't see the back while holding the TV from the front.

Previously, I had purchased (2) mounts, and was left unsatisfied with both. One from Amazon and another from Ebay. I must say that Level Mount outdid themselves with this mount. It was mounted within (30) minutes. Seriously! With previous mounts, I made numerous trips to the hardware store for screws, stud finder, level, etc. However, with the Level Mount, not only were several different sized screws included, but the stud finder was included also! I had already located the stud, but while this stud finder looks inadequate, it actually found the stud on the first try. I am a petite woman in size and this mount was easy to install. I would recommend this for anyone who does not want to purchase anything additional in order to mount their flat screen. I have had mine mounted for about 3 weeks now and so far it is holding steady. Excellent mount.

My advice to others is to not waste their money on this horribly defective product. First of all, regardless of what the packaging says about "Guaranteed to fit all TVs" the adapter plates totally covered up the cable area on my TV so I couldn't plug in my cable and then after repeatedly screwing large holes into my walls - the TV is crooked, even though the built in level says that it shouldn't be. Upon calling customer service for setup support, I was told that they could send out BY MAIL new adapter plates, meaning that I would have to wait 14 days. Also, their fix for the crooked display was that they would send me a new washer to replace the defective one. This product was a complete disappointment and so was the customer service! I plan to post this notice in as many places as I can find. This was the worst purchase I have EVER made.
