This product arrived in good condition from the seller within the allotted time. The Amazon shipping bag contained the product's box with the charger inside of it. The box was a flimsy cardboard that appeared a bit worse for wear upon opening the shipping bag, but the charger was still in excellent condition.
I recently purchased a new extended life battery for my Chocolate phone (yes, I still have the original Chocolate VX8500) and as such, have only needed to charge my phone twice with the new charger. In both those times, the charger has done its job and charged my phone back to full battery.
This item, while the same general shape as my original charger from Verizon, was a bit boxier with edges that weren't as curved as the original charger. However, aesthetics differences aside, I haven't noticed any difference between this product and my original charger that came with the phone.
