Memorex has an excellent product in the Optifix Pro disc cleaning system. First, it is simple to use, my twelve year old son uses it. Also, it has saved quite a few of my expensive CD's, DVD's, and data discs. To be honest, I have not used any other products of this type, but this one certainly lives up to the manufactures claim that it will fix most damaged discs! I highly recommend this product if you own any substantial quantity of DVD's or CD's, and wish to extend their usefulness. Great product!

This is one of the few products that actually works. I have tried others. Don't expect it to work major miracles though. Sometimes you can't fix what is broken.

These are a "must have" if you own this cleaning system. They really work quite well with the intended "Optifix-pro' cleaning device and are needed , as you only can use the repair discs about 20 times before they will start to scratch this dics themselves. Great for discs that just won't play anymore or skip in places..this system does the job!

Granted when you buy an optifix pro machine at the store, chances are you won't be able to find the refill kit when you need it. But, it's worth finding and buying online. I've fixed TONS of cds, dvds, and even a few xbox 360 games. Definately worth shipping time.
