Ok, but picture has flickering...Feb 10, 2011
By Vukota Adapter works Ok (in order to get sound on TV you have to use separate cable). What doesn't look great is 1) There is flickering on the TV when using this adapter. Not sure if with intensive plugging/unplugging/moving would change this. 2) As others mentioned it look like it may break HDMI plug due to its weight. 3) It looks ugly on the back of the TV (if it can be seen).
Bulky and AwkwardDec 28, 2010
By k While this product does technically work, its weight and bulk makes it not fit into the HDMI port well. I used it on two different models of computer. The weight makes it finicky and it keeps falling out of the port. The bulk of the plug means that it barely (almost doesn't) fit with a VGA cable plugged in the other port. Really the VGA cable is the only thing that holds this plug in.
Go for a cable with male HDMI and female DVI plugs instead. I went for this option because it was cheaper, pay a little more and get something that works better.

Rellay Good ProductJan 30, 2010
By Raza Islam This HDMI to DVI Adapter is really easy to use and great picture quality from my HD receiver from Dish Network. Works great and my whole family loves HD now. I have a 65" Hitachi HDTV and picture quality is great and for the price i paid here on amazon is outstanding, at Best Buy they were giving me the same adapter for $35!!
