By C. Strother It seems to work okay. But there hasn't been any power surges. My picture does look a little clearer. It also gives me the perfect muber of outlets.
Eliminates Interference on High Def TV's !!!Oct 31, 2011
By CHARLES KENNEDY I have learned TONS about high-def electronics lately. No one will (probably) tell you, but you should have some kind of power filter on any high-def TV. I have this one and it actually works - no idea if it's any better or worse than any others; but you should have one in any case.
Story: I went into Sears to buy a TV and commented why the $2K TV looked way worse than the $750 TV of the same size. His comment (which turned out to be correct after research) was that you can't go by the picture you see in the store, because all the TV's are on the same circiut and are suseptible to interference through the power line.
I still can't figure out then why they wouldn't have EACH TV plugged into one of these. Or why the manufacturer hasn't built them into the TV itself.
