Had tried an S-video cable for video display from a computer before, with not much luck. Turns out a higher quality shielded cable does make a difference.

Works great, made with tough cable. heavily insulated to keep line safe from smashing and prevent interference. pinns are very sturdy too. Well worth the extra few bucks for quality.

This is a great product. Connection was quick and picture was perfect. I used this to connect my dell 6000 laptop to my tv using s-video port on both. Earlier I had used s-video on laptop to rca on tv and this s-video to s-video is much better. There are only 4 pins on both sides and it carries good quality signal. I used this to watch a movie on hulu from my laptop to tv and it was great.

some say Monster is a rip off. i say not compared to the company's that charge 150$ for a 10 speaker cable. good value cables don't come much better than THX certified Monster cable
