I ran these thru the wall for my new flat screen plasma, and I had no problems at all.
Excellent cables, the picture quality improved greatlyDec 13, 2008
By eliner I had another shorter expensive component cables connected to the same TV-satellite receiver system before and needed longer cables this time. Let me tell you, these component cables improved the picture quality a lot. I will never buy another cables than Monster THX for my TV needs. Well spent money.

I first used Monster Cable products for a surround sound DVD player combination in 2001. I have used nothing else since. I have S-video cables and the Red Green and Blue connections for HD TV. They really are top quality and a true value. You get what you pay for. I am now using them for my Sony Bravia and my HDMI DVD player. It isn't as good as the cables. But them and youw ill not be disappointed.
I Bought It New But Got A USED One Sent To Me. Did this happen to anyone else?Jan 07, 2008
By L. Kaderabek I bought another one a week earlier and that one came factory sealed, but this one was just in a bag. I've been waiting on setting all my new equipment up until I got these and now I have to wait even longer to have a replacement shipped. I'm sure the used ones work just fine, but the thing is is that isn't what I paid for. If anyone else got a used product sent to them, please let me know, I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Fine cables but terribly overpriced/overrated!!! Others are just as good.Dec 26, 2007

I purchased a full set of these for my new home theater expecting great things (after all, I'd just shelled out a fortune for them). What an idiot I was. After replacing all of my cables and firing up the system, I can see NO DIFFERENCE in picture quality! (brightness, clarity, color, noise, sharpness, etc...)
NONE. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Nyet.
So this is what a couple hundred extra dollars bought me?!
While I am not advocating using the cheapest cables one can find, I am stating that these are outrageously overrated and overpriced when cables costing so much less perform every bit as well.
