For those who have really fine audio components (speakers, receiver/amp, CD player, etc.), using really good quality speaker cable is essential. My speakers are rare, very high quality, and extremely accurate throughout the sound spectrum. I can hear definite improvement in clarity and "presence" after installing the new Monster cables, and they are much better insulated from any external noise-generating factors. They are well worth the investment if you really care about sound quality.

I connect it to Klipsch RB-51, and I don't have any complain about the item. It's enough good sound quality.

We are using this Monster speaker cable to connect our Yamaha RX-A3010BL 11.2-Channel Network AV Receiver to our old, twin Sony stand-alone speakers and to our Energy 5.1 Take Classic Home Theater System (Set of Six, Black) to have a 7.1 system. The sound is brilliant and full, and, at my mature age, I believe it would take some very precise instrumentation measurements to notice any deficiencies, if there are any with the combination of products indicated.
It is possible you may find other cables at a much more reduced price, but this one from Monster is very flexible, feels substantial, and it is a pleasure to work with. The only cons I can think of is that I have not been able to find any specs, either at Amazon.com or the manufacturer's website, indicating what gauge this cable is.
Also, it would be nice for some users if there was a note in the packaging indicating that one of the duplex wires is branded to aid in the identification of the polarity (but you have to look very closely to see it, as the color of the ink is low-contrasting), which is a must when correctly installing the speakers to the AV receiver. Overall, I recommend it.

The shipping took longer than was estimated. When I finally received my order I realized that my order was wrong because this company only sent me one spool but they charged me for two. I would have been so much better off just going to my local electronics store to buy this item.
