Excellent mount! Good price!Sep 30, 2009
By Mr. Ed This mount is great especially if you're mounting it to a nonstandard wall. My family room wall did not have the studs 16" apart (as most walls do). This mount is made to compensate for that. I was able to mount my TV and still center it exactly where I wanted it. The instructions are written in 1000 languages with almost no explanation, so it helps to have just a bit of mechanical sense. The only issue I had was in the instructions. The book warns it is made for TVs up to 50"; but if you read the manual online at the manufacturer's website it says up to 52". So I used it for my 52". It's easy to install and comes with everything you need. I love it!!

Great optionFeb 18, 2009
By Sachin Shah This mount is ideal for people with problem around centering the tv with respect to the stud position. Great for installation on top of fire place and yet keep the tv centered. The base is about 4-5 inches wider than other mounts and can be easily adjusted to center the tv. The installation is easy as well

Great Mount For Larger HDTVsJul 16, 2010

The only reason I don'tgive this mount a 5-star rating is because it is heavy and may be difficult for some to lift and hold while installing.
I've owned this mount for about 6 months and couldn't be happier. While it is heavy, I was able to install the mount and hang my 46" HDTV on it all by myself (I'm 45 and 225 pounds). Instuctions were excellent and all the holes necessary to mount just about any TV are already drilled, so all you need to do is insert and tighten the bolts. The mount separates into two pieces, so the bracket that connects to the wall can be installed first and then the bracket holding the TV can be hung on it. Great multi-direction adjustability of the mount, including telescoping away from/closer to the wall, sliding the TV left or right, and tipping the TV left/right/up/down (or off level in case you didn't install the wall bracket quite level).
I highly recommend this unit to anyone willing to spend about one hour getting everything just perfect.

Sturdy and easy to mountJan 06, 2010

This is a great product, though it is a bit of overkill for my 40" TV, but I am a reformed boy scout - plan for everything, meaning 50+ inches. My only observation is that it would have been nice to know how much torque to put on a few different bolts. The bolts that connect the TV plate to the articulating arm had a plastic washer that I busted because of too much torque. That is either a comment on the plastic washer (which is backed by a metal one) or on the installation instructions for the product itself.
Over all though, this is a great product and I feel very comfortable having this mount hold up my TV.
One of the best mounts on the marketDec 20, 2011
By Luckyone Omnimount is the best! Very study and looks sweet when mounted, and easy to install. I have two of these for my Samsung C-series 3dtv (40 and 46 inch) and I can move either TV to another if I choose. It takes two people to lift the TV to the mounts once bracket is put on. Great for 50 inch or smaller.
I have a bigger Omnimount (OmniMount NC200C B Full Motion) for my 55 inch, and I thought it would take 3 people for that.
I once made a mistake of buying cheaper non omnimount $55 ones and it broke my smaller tvs. I'm only buying Omnimount for now on.
