The cables shown in the picture are different then the one you get! Those in the picture are of high quality, the cables you get are of standard quality, but they will do the job!!

The problem is simply that Amazon has the wrong photo listed with the product. It's not a gold-plated cable. The description even says it's a color-coded cable, which is the standard cable. Philips' own website shows the PH61106 cable as a standard-quality RCA composite cable. (Yes, it's composite, no it's not gold plated.)

You will not get what you see or what is described! You will get something that says Philips PH61106 on the package, but it will be a standard, cheap AV cable with the little red/white/yellow connections, it's not even a composite cable at all, it's the standard cheap piece of junk they give you whenever you buy any audio/video component! BUYER BEWARE!
