This is the most complete low cost phone bussiness centrex that we as a small company could get. Once you read the manual you will be amazed about all the things this baby can do!...very recomended!

It works well out of the box. It's supposedly able to fly to the moon and back, but the trick is that you have to have a degree from MIT to tell it to do that, so for most of us thats not a feature you will be able to use.. Out of the box it is handling 2 lines and 3 phones at this time for me, it works well. I'm thankful I don't really need any of the other features, because I don't think I could conjuer them, you know, with my "limited" education..:D

it works very good as expected but if you ever need some basic tech help or simple questions, there is nobody to contact. I got this product on time and was able to set it up for basic functions but when contacted seller thru amazon.com, I got phone number to call.when I called that number got hang up twice and finally they told me to contact at some number for local panasonic dealer and they charge 90$ an hours, minimum 1 hour.

I got this for a video store and it was pretty much plug-and-use. The configuration software was intuitive but I didn't really have to use it because the system just worked out of the box. We've been using it for almost a year now with no problems at all.
