Very Versatile Monitor Mount!!Nov 17, 2009
By S. Simani The price is a bit steep but you get what you pay for. After drilling a 1/2" hole in my desk and mounting the base, everything went together very easily. It has the capacity to accommodate some very heavy flat panels and has some great cable management features to boot.
My word of caution would be not to tighten the setscrews that are used to keep the two pivot bolts locked in place. The setcrews are unnecessary and destroyed the threading on the pivot bolts making it a pain to take apart the first time.

Very Nice ArmSep 23, 2008
By D. P. Beber This is a great arm all around. I have a 27" LCD that works great on this arm. It looks good, and is well built. I'm getting one for my wife now after she liked my setup so much. Enjoy.

great!Jun 11, 2008
By B. J. Ferguson I wanted something that would get my 22" Samsung monitor up of of the desk so that I could have more room. This arm did the trick and it looks slick! When you first mount your monitor, you may need to tighten a couple of the nuts depending on the weight of your monitor. No big deal at all. This product is quality and will last for years to come.

Strongest Arm on the marketMay 17, 2008
By Pezzarini Dennis A little problem with manuals (tensioning of gas strut not reported...), well resolved with a Peerless Technician. After that all ok! Very the strongest arm on the marketplace. Good packaging and shipment from Tekgalaxy, and fast response on questions. Pleased.
Jury's still outApr 13, 2012
By David G. MacFarlane OK...of the other reviews here, most everything is true: it is strong and well built, it is nice looking, it is easy to install regardless of the method chosen. But...the weak link is the pivot ball right where the monitor attaches to the arm. I cannot seem to tighten the 4 tension screws sufficiently to keep the monitor (a Vizio VMM26, 26", weight without stand 21 pounds - well within published capacity) from drooping down..down...downnnnnn. The monitor itself has some a built-in tilt mechanism so if I push the pivot all the way up to the top (and tilt the monitor down slightly using the monitor's mechanism) it might stay up for a period of time but it will eventually start to slip and then at a certain point it starts dropping fast. If anybody has ideas for monitor Viagra I'd love to hear them, but I am on the edge of sending this back...I simply cannot tighten those 4 screws any more.
