This is a great product for its price. It swivels 180 degrees so we can use it in two different areas of our basement: either facing our exercise machines or our free weight area. The swivel is not loose, and stays as long as you adjust the swivel screw properly. It was easy to install and fit our 19" Toshiba flat screen nicely. It is the perfect height from the ceiling for us, at its minimum length.
