This product is very sturdy with nicely finished materials. Installation is easy with a stud finder and drill. The price was really great as well!

I just needed something simple to mount a small 13" LCDTV in a closet (don't ask). I was surprised to find this articulating mount for less than many of the fixed-mount products. It is well made, both fit and finish. It has small arms, so maximum extension is about 5". In my case that was not an issue. Installation was as easy as any single-piece arm-mount product is going to be (not for the ham-fisted).

was able to turn the mount 90 degress and use as a celing mount under a cuboard in the kitchen. Witch saved me lots of cash considering they were very costly

Amazon seems to have deceptive advertising, as the item pictured & described was NOT the item I received. In fact, I sent the original item back and the customer service agent assured me they would get it right. WRONG! Amazon sent the same item as the first one, again NOT as displayed or described as on their website.
I can't rate the item as I sent it back TWICE, just the poor advertising and customer service of Amazon. I did however eventually get a refund, but only after a LENGTHY call to Amazon's customer service center, being put on hold several times, and eventually transferred to a supervisor.
This experience has me second-thinking my business relationship with Amazon - I will ONLY do business with them if I really, really have to!
