i bought 2 cables and hooked them up....the connects are in good shape and the signals strong and steady. No problems so far.
i'll update if necessary but for now i'll stand by my decision. it's just a great deal. 2 for less than 1.

Overall, the quality seems fine - the disconnect button is a little stiff, but I suppose that's good, since an accidental disconnection is less likely.
However, I purchased 2 of these cables, and one of them would only work if the cable was held a certain way. I took apart the XLR connector to find that the ground cable had become loose of it's solder point. I was able to strip and resolder this, but I shouldn't have had to.
Also, the 1/4" connector feels cheap and tinny. It still works fine, but it just doesn't have a solid, quality feel to it.

This cable just works for months, then went down.... Pretty bad quality, and cannot find any warranty information. Do not recommend for this one. You could get one in best buy or fry's.

I had bought one of these cables from Amazon.com before reading any reviews. I tried the cable and it worked better that a much higher priced cable that I had purchased locally. After trying this cable I purchased and additional 4 of these cables from Amazon. Although I have not used them for any period of time, I would definitely recommend this Item.
