We had a problem with the first unit shipped; one headphone system was defective. The Supplier sent an entire new system back when we shipped the old complete unit back to them. The sound quality is not top of the line; however, it is very acceptable in a small environment. Feedback is rare even though the speakers are only 20 feet from the mike. The individual mike level potentiometers and led indicators are a plus; I noticed a level difference from the headsets to the handheld mikes and the level can be adjusted via these potentiometers. Compared to the professional unit that was replaced, this Pyle unit is twice the quality. Pyle PDWM4300 4 Mic VHF Wireless Microphone System
For the price of this unit, I will rate the unit as very good.

We were looking for some wireless mics for our mobile DJ business. I looked locally and could not find a price that I was happy with. I don't do much Internet shopping, so I was a bit reluctant to buy something online. The quality of this product resolved that fear I had of getting "ripped off". The microphones hooked up very easily to our existing equipment, and the instruction were written in plain wording so there was no way you could screw it up. I easily got a good 230 foot range out of the mic. I feel that for the price I paid, i will be very happy with this product for a long, long time.

I have used pa and sound systems for many years and recently installed this unit in my church...I performs OK, but for the money, I expected more... this is my second unit, I use one for DJ'ng and it could be better, it sometimes cuts in and out and one of the mic's has already failed... it does have a 1 year warrenty on the product but Pyle will need to see all the components to fix it or replace it. The Unit is OK but I would not buy another...

I was apprehensive to purchase this product after reading some of the reviews and vowed that I would send it back for a full refund at the first sign of trouble. I received it quickly and got to the testing. To my surprise this non costly system rocks! I had my wife walk outside in the backyard with the headset on while I stayed in the house and they worked just fine! So they worked through the walls and from at least 75 feet away! I think some of the reviews are based on user error. You have to make sure that the button on the power source is set at 110V (standard for most sockets) not 220V. If it's set on 220V you will get the feedback and the mics won't work or they will go in and out. The sound quality is not the best but what do you expect for the money you spend on it. It definitely gets the job done!

Update: 2nd microphone system not fully functional. 2 1/2 microphones out of 4 worked (see review for the 1/2)
The first microphone system; only 1 of the 4 microphones worked.
Sent first back (cost $12.01 for return shipping) and received a replacement.
The second microphone system; only 2 of the 4 microphones fully functional. And the one lapel pack only partial worked (1/2)(-20dB did not work).
Will have to spend another $12 for return shipping and hope the third one works...or maybe I will be able to get a refund...either way another $12 to ship back.

After the excitement of receiving the wireless mics today I plugged the mics up to my mixer..
It was great to hear the first microphone work then the disappointment set in...
The second microphone remained squelched.
I replaced the batteries (the ones that came with showed low battery)...still did not work.
I tried setting the squelch to no avail...the second microphone did not work.
On to the third microphone...this one unsquelched, however basically there was no audio (almost muted)
I tried all 4 of the microphone attachments and none helped...extremely low audio
The fourth microphone unsquelched, however absolutely no audio, again tried with all 4 microphone attachments to no avail.
It appears that there is absolutely no quality control from Pyle!
This one is going back to the seller.
