the tweeter is acually a pyrimid super bullet tweeter not the pyle like shown. these are extremely loud. with a small amp they will hurt you. pay a attention to the connected resistor on the positive connection as you will need to hook this up in line to your regular deck or amp if you are without the proper crossover frequence .it will damage the speaker after a short period if feed normal sound (not using a crossover). if you have a hi pass crossover or eq engaged you can bypass this resistor .

Happy customer...I can hear the cymbals and guitar strings so clearly now that I haven't before. I made a box for it exact size to fit on top or bottom of my old speakers and connected it parallel with my old 100w 8ohms Infinity bookshelf speakers. I used it with my $24+ Lepai Mini 4ohm Amplifier for my PC use. This setup sounded better than my previous expensive powered speakers. If I'm not mistaken, connecting two 8ohm speakers in parallel will make it a 4ohm speaker setup.
Most twitters come in pairs but this one is sold in each. One inch in the description is just the bullet cone in the middle. I'd say 3.5" square.

Very nice product i have four of these tweeters in my door and they work extremely well. Nice price to very cost effective. Well recommend to anyone 5 stars.

The tweeters are very loud and clear . Replaced piezo tweeters with these units . They brought an new dynamic sound the my HT system . The crossover provided is good but a better crossover would be recommended if you are a audiophil.The sound tend to be a bit harsh with existing crossover. Overall the tweeters are very good and well worth the $$

I connected to Test this with Yam RXV663 along with POLK Audio R50 Main Channel to test it, through the supplied capacitor, sounded very good. Quality of the high frequency was very clear not tinny sound as most of the folks reported, am sure it is going to sound much better if conncted via proper x over network. Bought this as a Gift to my brother who was in need of a tweeter, will post comments after my brother does this.
