If you're going to stick stuff in your ear, stick theseMay 22, 2009
By I. Harley I have Shure SE-210's. They're not the top of the line, but their not Apple ear buds either. These things though make them sound awesome. And even better, I can't hear anything else with them on. So if you have Shure's, with small ears, these are the things to shove in your ears.

Worked Great for my earphones.Oct 21, 2009
By JudeAnn These replacement sleeves were not listed for my headphones, but I ordered them anyway. I figured if they didn't fit I would keep them for the next pair. It was a tight fit, but they work and they are very comfortable. I am not an audiophile, but I like listening to my i-pod, and I like it to be comfortable. I listen a few hours a day and these sleeves worked fine.
Works great!Jan 27, 2012
By apenname The sleeves were exactly as described and they fit my ears and the headphones well. The package even arrived earlier than I expected!
Better for small earsMay 25, 2010
By the clangers I have used the regular sleeves that came with my PTH 500 since day one and they have always been a bit on the large side. While these may not be as durable as the original soft tips that I got they are much more comfortable. I have also noticed that they are much better at cutting noise and reducing microphonics from walking and cable rubbing.
I don't expect them to last for months. I do expect that they will make it much more comfortable to use them on those transcontinental flights during which I so love these earphones.
They are not cheap but they are much more comfortable than the yellow blocks of foam that you can get.
Best Sleeves for E3cFeb 09, 2009
By LAR These sleeves are comfortable and block out most noise by design. Great product. Highly recommended for E3c headphones.
