I purchased this item for use in my workout/computer room. It needed to accommodate a wireless printer, stereo receiver, modem, router, IPod dock and digital clock. It worked flawlessly. The top shelf is more than large enough for the printer and there's enough room on the remaining shelves so that it doesn't look cluttered. It fits into the corner tightly and all of the cables are easily hidden from sight. It's a very sharp looking final product.
Assembly was a breeze. From start to finish it took me less than half an hour, without any complications. Directions were easy enough to follow. The only "complaint" is that the "Tempered Glass" stickers left a residue that took some scrubbing with nail polish remover, but I'd gladly go through that again to end up with this type of quality product.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a classy, modern looking component stand.

I ordered this for a TV/Media room that I am setting up. The stand itself came unassembled (no surprise there), however the box it came in was completely destroyed. I'm surprised there were not parts missing since the box was all but open when I received it. Thankfully all the parts were there and there was not any perceivable damage to anything inside the box (especially the glass!).
Assembly was super simple. It only took about 15mins with just a phillips head screwdriver.
The quality of stand is good. There really is nothing overly special about it. It has the wooden front and the glass shelves. Its a bit wobbly on the carpet but nothing to be concerned about. I would not trust resting a TV or anything heavy on the top of it but it works just fine for its intended use of A/V equipment storage.

Simple and sturdy yet good looking.
This stand is made of wood, metal and tempered glass. It features more shelves than most (5) and offers a generous amount of room per shelf in length, width and height. Simple to assemble except for attaching the last two pieces to help hide the cables. I can't get the plastic sheet to fit in the back to completely hide all cables.
Drawbacks:
Shelves are not adjustable. The shelves have only one position
Some may find the open design leads to more dust on components and shelves (More dusting)
No feature to permit adjusting level, this is a problem for anyone using a turntable on top shelf
Shelves are loose, no feature to connect them in some fashion
Not child proof due to open design
Best Features:
Simple
Elegant
Sturdy
Outstanding cooling of gear due to open design
Capable of holding large and heavy pieces of older gear
Easy to assemble
Well packaged, mine arrived in a box looking very abused, but nothing was missing nor damaged

This rack was every bit as good as we expected. The quality is excellent. Assembly was no problem. The rack holds all of our video and audio equipment in addition to a 46" LED Samsung HDTV. We were exceptionally pleased at how we were able to hide all the wires in the back of the rack.

I initially thought that the company was lagging on shipping this out to me. As it turned out, the only thing they lagged on was notifying me that they had shipped it. It actually wound up arriving 2 days quicker than I thought it would when I ordered it. The 2 most important things to say about this transaction though are about the quality of both the product and the customer service that I received from The Nerds. Despite externally beat up packaging, the stand was in great condition. It looks so much better in real life than in the pictures and it's well built and very sturdy. Customer service from the company was outstanding as well. I could not be happier with this purchase!
