Broke after using it 3 timesSep 14, 2009
By K. Brandt Well, not much good to say here. My daughters (ages 6 and 8) used it on 3 separate occasions and loved it. Then it stopped working. I guess if it would have continued to work, I would give it a 5. It was lots of fun while it was working. But breaking after 3 tries is ridiculous. Plus, I sent it back to eFunctional (I ordered it through Amazon, but the it was eFunctional who mailed it to me) for a new one, and they made ME pay for shipping it back. To top it all off, I still have not received my new one. It has been about 2 months now. Sadly, my girls paid for it with their own money, and now they have nothing. A seriously bad experience all around.

Singing Machine wireless microphone 9v battery doesn't fitJul 30, 2010
By Popnpup The Singing Machine wireless microphone could be a good item but unfortunately, the screw cap on the microphone won't close once you put the 9 volt battery in. I purchased two of them and had the same problem with both of them. I tried different brand batteries (as if that would make a difference) and still I was unable to screw the cap down with the battery in place. You think it would undergo some quality control testing before leaving the factory.

not well madeAug 15, 2011
By Renar I read the reviews and was skeptical of this microphone, but my 10 yr old really wanted a wireless microphone...the battery didn't last long...she may have left it on - but after a few days and it stopped working and we attempted to change battery, now the bottom wont stay on and the battery is almost stuck...I should have just stuck with a cord and told her sorry! waste of 20 bucks!

The Kids Love It!Jul 31, 2008
By M. Murray We are happy with this purchase. I had problems finding a replacement Mic in the stores, so we were very excited to find this one and it's wireless. The kids are once again enjoying The Singing Machine.
