Terrible display, bad customer serviceDec 10, 2009

I purchased the German model of this. The display was not readable and it crashed often. Etaco customer "service" was awful, and they are charging me shipping and restock fees even though the unit was defective. Buy another brand.

I had to send it back because of it's limited application. I wanted a product that enabled me to add words and phrases and this product did not.
