it comes with 2 rech batt. only. 60 min chargr is for charging one single low capacity battery. very disappointed :(

The description says this is a 4-cell charger with 4 batteries included. That is false! Only 2 batteries are included and charger only has 2 slots. I am returning this for a full refund.
