Good little mountsDec 19, 2006
By Jason Wagner I used these mounts for little cube surround speakers. They're some of the most affordable ones I've seen. Too many are just ripoffs for what you're getting. I just installed these, two from the ceiling and three on the wall. Easy to setup and hold the speaker at various angles via 3 small hex nuts. Only complaint is very common with wall mount hardware, the plastic wall anchors for drywall are the cheap and flimsy kind that are easy to push too far into the wall and also spin freely in the predrilled hole. I just used my own.

Good mountsDec 14, 2007

I got these mounts for the system in my basement. When I opened the package, I worried that they might be cheaply made, as they are plastic, but they are solid, so don't let that stop you. The package contained any attachment or tool that you'd need to put these up anywhere (excluding a drill, but the bit you need comes with it). The drywall anchors leave something to be desired, as they are not made to prevent spinning when you put in the screws. I had to use my own. Other than that, I am very pleased, however I can see how I will need to keep the included allen wrench handy as the screws will likely get loose over time and the speaker positioning screws would need adjusting over time, due to vibrations from the speakers when in use. I am not at all concerned with the possibility of the speakers falling down. These mounts are pretty solid. I am pretty pleased.

Garbage! Try to adjust these once and they fall apart.May 17, 2010

I liked the price and the installation seemed simple enough. Once I started to position my speakers everything went south. To adjust the 3 different nuts there is a tiny hex wrench that didn't fit well. On a ladder, reaching in to a corner by the ceiling, not an easy task. But okay, I thought, you get what you pay for. Then I started to adjust the position of the speakers. The first time I positioned them, everything thing seemed ok, but once I started fine tuning the placement, the nuts started to come out of the mount and I couldn't tighten them any longer. Cheap plastic junk.

VERY NICE PRODUCTAug 13, 2009
By C. L. Gerow When I bought these I did not have very high expectations, but at the price I figure I 'll take the risk. I mean they had only average reviews, they were very inexpensive, and made of plastic. But boy was I proved wrong, these are very well designed speakers mounts, very well made, and a solid. They come with adapters to handle every kind of (small) speaker that I know of. They can be customized to different lengths and just about any angle you want. The only reason why I did not give these 5 stars is the instructions are worthless. Just start playing around and experimenting with them, unscrew the different parts and you'll quickly figure out how easy they are to customize. If I could figure it out, then anybody can.
