Looks good - sounds decentDec 31, 2010
By T. Chapman This was my 3rd TIC speaker. This one was bought to replace another that blew prematurely. I've found that their rock speakers can't really handle very much bass before the woofer ruptures. However if you do find the right balance and take it easy on the lows, then this speaker delivers very good sound for an outside unit. The canyon colour is a bit more orange as previously stated, and fades fairly quickly in Arizona. I had to repaint my first TIC speaker after about 3 years

great sounding rock speakers but not watertightAug 07, 2009
By Tapher The sound on the speakers are great and perfect for the patio. The color of the canyon speaker comes out a bit more orange than the pictures would suggest.
UPDATE: After spending 2 winters outside in California, one of the speakers collected rainwater and basically got waterlogged. At this point, I'm hesitant to replace the speaker with another rock speaker as it is not clear why it wouldn't drain the rain water.
