This is a good clear sounding headset but it doesn't come with a foam padding to fit over the ear bud but lucky me, I had one from and old, unused pair of earphones. The band that goes around your ear is flexible to adjust to any position yet firm enough to hold in place while moving. There is a switch on the ptt box that goes from ptt to vox. The ptt on mine doesn't work like it should because I have to press both the button on the radio and on the headset simultaneously for it to work but when I switch the headset to vox it works just fine by pressing the ptt on the radio alone. This actually happens to work for me because my radio is in a pouch secured on my molle rig in a position that is quick and easy to push the button through the pouch. Will update when I know quality of voice coming from the headset.
