Piece of Junk, save your moneyApr 24, 2009

I was hoping that this piece of equipment was going to solve my office's problem of drive-by-prankings from co-workers. It turns out I was wrong.
Working in a software development organization, most of us have dual monitor docking stations on our laptops. The software that "locks" the computer that comes with this device is only capable of locking ONE of the two displays. The other display is left completely open with mouse/keyboard access wide open, even though the other screen is "locked".
Their tech support department confirmed this via email after I sent them an email asking if this was the intended behavior. They told me that, yes it works this way, and there is no workaround.
Also, once the software is installed, the uninstaller doesn't work. It just blinks slightly and then fails to remove anything from the computer. Re-installing/updating is also troublesome as it won't let you re-install until the previous version is gone.
This product appears to be off-shore tech repackaged to lure American buyers into thinking this will help them. Poor software and poor instructions don't help. The hardware looks solid, but without useful software to support it, it's useless.
I sent it back for a refund.
