I installed Turbocad Deluxe 14 under Vista Home Basic but never got it to work. It seems to be missing at least one file. The customer support, in Russia, wants a list of all the installed programs on my computer and has given some complicated instructions on how to get information on my computer. I have given up spending time trying to get it to work and have gone back to Turbocad Deluxe 9. Don't buy Turbocad 14

I worked with an older version of TurboCAD and loved it. After upgrading my OS to Windows XP I needed to get a newer version of TurboCAD and have been impressed thusfar with the Deluxe 14 version. I had no problems with installation or anything else to this point, even with the minimum memory requirements.
