I bought this for my dad's 32" LCD TV. The depth and width of the oval platform is large enough to leave ample room on all sides. The bottom ring on which everything will rest initially seemed small, but turned out to be steady. Very smooth rotation! I recommend to lay a rubberized pad under it to protect the furniture.
