Defective Exchange:

NYC Electronics offers a 21 days defective exchange for items purchased on NYCelectronics.com. Should your product become defective within the first 21 days (or upon arrival) we will exchange that unit for a new unit or in some instances we will have it repaired for you. Should you need to exchange an item, please email us at nyce@nycelectronics.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Any shipment returned to us without an RMA is refused by our shipping department. Please include your order number and reason for exchange when requesting a RMA. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. For order placed between November 15 and December 24, our return/exchange periods are extended to the greater of 21 days or January 15.

Please note: blank media, batteries, software, video games and cables are NOT returnable nor can they be exchanged. You must contact the manufacturer with any issues with these items.

Damaged Items:

We must be notified within 24 hours of item receipt that the item has physical damage. Thus, please open and inspect all items immediately. Upon your notification, we will file a damage claim promptly with the shipping company. Shipping companies take anywhere from 5-15 business days to resolve any damaged items claims.

Returns:

NYC Electronics offers a 21 days return policy on UNOPENED items purchased on NYCelectronics.com. Returns are charged a 20% restocking fee. Opened/used items are not returnable.
