Sales Tax:

NJ residents pay 7.00% state sales tax.

Shipping and Delivery:

We ship 99% of orders within 1-2 business day of order receipt if there is nothing unusal about the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ship from various warehouses throughout the USA. Please do not assume your order is shipping from NY/NJ.

If your order contains an item that becomes back ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and advice you.

Cancellation:

You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that timeframe, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at nyce@nycelectronics.com. We will try our best to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that we will able to depending upon where the order is in the order fulfillment process. If the order has shipped already, the buyer would be charged a 10% restocking fee. If it has not, there is no cost. Refused orders are charged a 20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any and all orders due to a pricing error, inventory error or any unforeseen circumstances that may present your order from being shipped.
