Works fine for what it's intended to doJun 02, 2008

Not sure about the previous review. The author quoted a section from the manual incorrectly. It is from the trouble-shooting section, and it says "If no image is shown (issue)... (reason) Files may not be in jpeg format. This unit only supports jpeg files." In other words, if there is no image, it may be because the files are not jpegs.
Anyway, this unit works fine. I set it up and it has been running perfectly. The instructions aren't the best, but if you have common sense you can figure out most of the settings yourself. This product does not deserve such a low rating.

bought it for a freind for christmas, it only worked for about 2 months then the screen started to go out. it had lines that would fliker in the screen. when i tried to return it they said i had to contact the mfg. I still have not gotten a hold of a real person to return this product. oh and the remote never did work.

Got this for a Christmas present. Lasted all of about 3 months. The picture just went white and would not show anything. Very disappointing. Picture was of poor quality when it was working.

JunkDec 10, 2009
By Nicholas Frayer Received this digital picture frame as a gift, worked once and then the screen went bright white. No customer service to speak of. I don't see myself purchasing anything with the jwin brand.

Nothing is good about this device.Nov 10, 2009

Was only able to tell time for about 6 hours and then the screen went white. I was only using the clock which advanced seconds in an erratic manner. VERY user surly to setup. I didn't download photos because I didn't have a USB that would fit this unit.
This is the worst product I have ever worked with in my whole life.
